01 — Thesis
Connected, not stitched.
Most CRO today is a stack of one-off prompts and disconnected tools. Midjourney for images. ChatGPT for copy. A spreadsheet for tracking. A Notion page for research. None of them know your brand. None of them remember last week. Every time you start, you start from zero.
Florence is the opposite. She's a connected system — your brand context, your products, your goals, your voice rules, all in one brain that travels with every task.
Florence is yours. Fork her, modify her, take her with you. No subscription lock-in, no seat counts, no auth flow you can lose access to.
Your brain.json lives on your laptop. Reference library in your Project Files. Nothing leaves your Cowork unless you tell it to.
100+ hours of distilled CRO methodology, ProductPinion's 17-template test library, Higgsfield image gen. Add your own MCPs. Connect your own tools.
02 — What she does
Plus 56 more for power users.
Each command is a markdown skill file Florence reads in full and follows step-by-step. Outputs land as durable Cowork artifacts — research briefs, image concepts, test results — designer-shareable, downloadable, yours.
Plus 45 advanced skills in the cro-library/ folder for power users —
main-image-pipeline · lifestyle-stack-generator · A+ premium build · objection killer · CVR leak fix · keyword rank tracker · and more.
Full table in the bundled README.md.
03 — How she's built
Every skill is a markdown file you can read.
Florence runs on Claude Cowork. Identity, voice, the 17-skill catalogue and the trigger map all live in a single system prompt. Every skill is a markdown file Florence reads in full and follows step-by-step. Outputs land as durable Cowork artifacts — research briefs, image concepts, test results, per-product dossiers — designer-shareable, base64-embedded, downloadable.
The methodology stack: 100+ hours of distilled CRO work from Keplo, ProductPinion's 17-template test library, three creative-director references with a 13-step canonical flow, the 52-tactic main-image library, and brand-level image strategy that reverse-engineers category bestsellers before any render.
All connectors are user-owned: ProductPinion (panel polls), Higgsfield (image gen), n8n MCP exposing 16 SellerApp tools. No Florence backend, no SaaS hosting, no data leaving your Cowork instance.
04 — Origin
Methodology, then code. Not the other way around.
“She watches your listings, runs the polls, ranks the objections, and writes you the one paragraph that matters this week. She is not a copilot. She is a chief of staff.” — Working positioning, draft 3
